Mr. Benjamin Odegi Oyile;
Director - Policy
Mr. Oyile is a holder of a M. B.A. (Finance ) degree from JKUAT and a B.A. Degree in Government studies from University of Nairobi. He has served in the Ministries of Supplies and Marketing, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and the Attorney-Generalâ€™s Chambers rising to the level of Under Secretary.
Before joining the Commission ,he served as County Secretary,Tana River County
Mr. Fredrick Julius Mugambi;
Director, Human Capital Management
Mr. Mugambi is a holder of a M.B.A. (Strategic Management) from Moi University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Nairobi (Economics and Administration). He is a member and holder of a Higher Diploma of the Institute of Human Resource Management. He started his career in 1988 in the Ministry of Finance, and has since served as Head of Human Resource at the Export Promotion Council, Electoral Commission of Kenya, Ministry of Water and Irrigation, the Police Department before his current posting to the National Police Service Commission
Mr. Peter Maloba Wamoto;
Director Corporate, Administration Services
Mr. Wamoto is a holder of a M.A. Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Middlesex, UK and a Diploma in Labour Studies and Management from the Kenya Polytechnic. He has over 30 yearsâ€™ experience in the public service and has served as a District Labor Officer, Provincial Labour Officer, and Deputy Commissioner of Labour. Prior to joining the Commission, he served as Kenyaâ€™s Labour envoy to the International Labour Organization and the International Organization for Migration in Geneva. Switzerland.
Mrs. Winfred W. Kitonga;
Ag. Director, Information, Education and Communication
Mrs. Kitonga holds a Masters degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and a BA degree both from University of Mysore, India. She has over 25 years in the civil service and has previously served in Malindi and the Department of Information as an Information officer. Other places worked are Office of the President, Ministries of Transport and Communication, Health, Labour, Foreign Affairs, Trade and Industry, Special Programmes and Kenya Copyright Board as a Public Relations/Communications Officer. Before joining the NPSC she was serving as the Head of the Kenya News Agency, in the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology.
Mr. Longinus Mulondo;
Head of Vetting Secretariat
Mr. Mulondo holds a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Security Management from Egerton University, a Diploma in Security and Strategic Studies from University of Nairobi and Diploma in Communication and Media from Multimedia University. He has over twenty eight (28) years of experience in public service in management of security operations and strategic planning.
Mr. Stephen Mbogo Mwaura;
Deputy Director Research, Monitoring and Evaluation,
Mr. Mbogo is a holder of a Masterâ€™s and Bachelorâ€™s of Arts Degrees in Economics from University of Nairobi. He has worked as a graduate clerk in Charterhouse Bank Kenya Limited, as a Head Credit in Nationwide Micro-Finance Kenya Limited and as an Assistant Accountant in Sunrise Communications Kenya Limited. He has also worked as a Senior Economist designated as the District Development Officer (DDO) and head of District Planning Unit in Makueni District under the Ministry of Devolution and Planning before joining NPSC.
Mr. George O. Obor;
Deputy Director, Human Capital Management
Mr. Obor is a holder of MBA in Human Resource and Bachelors Degree in Education (Business and Economics) both from University of Nairobi. He has over 24 years experience in the civil service and has risen through the ranks to his current position after his appointment in 1990 in the Police Department. Before joining the NPSC he had served as the County Head of Human Resource in both Kwale and Mombasa County Governments.
