Stella Moraa Oimbo - Manager Corporate Support Services
Stella is a holder of M.A. in Urban and Regional Planning and B.A. in Government and Philosophy both from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Public Administration from the Kenya School of Government, Nairobi
She joined the civil service in September 2003 and has worked as a District officer in Meru Central and North and   Machakos Districts .She also served as Programme Co-ordinator of the Aids Control Unit in the Office of the President before joining the National Police Service Commission in November 2012.

Ms. Sarah W. Muthiga - Legal and Policy Services
Ms Muthiga is a holder of LLM in Law and Development from the University of London. She also holds a LLB degree from Catholic University of East Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is  also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, and has undertaken several courses on Leadership, Human Rights and Good Governance.
She has previously served at institutions including, the International Commission of Jurists (Kenya Section) as a Programme Manager, and the Independent Medico-Legal Unit (IMLU) as a Legal Officer before joining the NPSC.


Paul Ochieng Ojwang -  Legal and Policy Services
Mr. Ojwang is a holder of B.Com (Accounting Option) and LLB degrees both from Jabalpur University in India and Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.   He has worked in State Law office as State Counsel before joining the National Police Service Commission.  He has also worked as a legal officer at Cradle and Kituo Cha Sheria, both are NGOs dealing with Human Rights.  Has experience as a private practitioner from various law firms including  Baabu Inoti & Co. Advocate (s) and B.G. Kariuki & Co. Advocates in Meru.  He has vast knowledge in Family Law, Land Law, Labour and Employment Law  and Constitutional Law.


Mr. Patrick  M. Odongo – Communications
Mr. Odongo is a holder of a Masters Degree in Communication Studies and Bachelors Degree (HONS) in Journalism and Media Studies both from University of Nairobi. He also holds a Diploma in Journalism from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication. He has over 26 years experience in the civil service and previously served in Kericho, Embu,Teso and Mt. Elgon Districts  in various capacities. Before joining the NPSC he had served as Public Relations/Communications officer in the Ministries of Fisheries and Education respectively.


Ms Stella Kawira   - Logistics
Ms. Stellah Kawira Kithure is a holder of a Master’s Degree in International Conflict Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelors Degree (Public Administration and Sociology) from the same University.  She has over 15 years experience in the civil service.   Prior to joining the Commission, she served at the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government in various capacities.

Mrs Nancy Muchangi   - ICT
Ms. Muchangi is a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics & Statistics from the same University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. She is a certified Information System Auditor (CISA). Nancy has over 20 years experience having worked in various organizations in different capacities in ICT.,Administration and Planning. These include the Electoral Commission of Kenya, New Dawn Kenya, Kenya Reinsurance Corporation, Kenya Cooperative Creameries and Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd. Before joining NPSC she worked as an Economist in the Ministry of  Information, Communications and Technology.


Ms Esther Kitonyi - Accounts
Mrs. Esther Kitonyi is a holder of Bsc. IBA (International Business Administration) Degree in Finance and Accounting from the United States International University(USIU). She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Mt. Kenya University. She is a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). Esther has over 20 years experience having worked in various Ministries in different capacities the Accounts Department. These include the Ministry of Finance in the Customs and Excise Department and Pensions Department. She worked as the Senior Assistant Director Accounts and Head of Accounting Unit in the Interim Independent Boundaries Review Commission. Before joining NPSC she worked as a Chief Accountant in the Ministry of Development of Northern Kenya and Other Arid Lands where she was also heading the finance docket of the MTAP Unit (Medium Term Arid  Lands Project), a DANIDA-GOK funded project.
