Benard Bongo Wekesa

Mr. Wekesa holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi and Bachelors Degree Computer Science from Moi University.

He has attended professional courses such as Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP), Senior Management Course (SMC) and Certified Information Security Manager Training (CISM).

Mr. Wekesa started off his career in the ICT industry, 15 years ago, working in various

Government Ministries which include Cabinet Office, Ministry of Gender, Sports, Culture and Social Services, Ministry of Children’s Affairs, Social Protection, National Treasury and Public Service Commission.

He brings to NPSC a wealth of experience for ICT in Government. He has a passion for innovation and strategic management.
