Dr. Kibicho is the Principal Secretary in the State Department of Interior and Citizen Services in the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of the National Government. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a Master’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nairobi University..
Biography
Dr. Kibicho is the Principal Secretary in the State Department of Interior and Citizen Services in the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of the National Government. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a Master’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nairobi University.
Prior to his appointment in the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Kibicho had served as the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and in the Ministry of Industrialization
