Angeline Yiamiton Siparo, EBS

Ms. Angeline Yiamiton Siparo is a respected psychologist, governance expert, and gender advocate with an extensive track record in health policy, social development, and public service.

She has held influential roles across regional and international organizations, including Project Team Leader at the African Union/Africa CDC, Regional Advisor and Country Director at Population Reference Bureau (2015-2021), County Director for Catholic Medical Mission Board (2012–2015), and senior leadership positions at Futures Group International.

Ms. Siparo holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (1993) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1990) from the United States International University (USIU). She has also trained in Corporate Governance, USAID Award Management and Strategic Leadership in HIV/AIDS Programs.

Her commitment to governance extends to board leadership. She has served as Chairperson for the National AIDS Control Council (2016–2022), Chairperson of Maa Women’s Network (2019–present), and board member in institutions such as Moi Girls Nairobi, Narok County Budget Forum, South Nyanza Sugar Company, and the National Council for Children’s Services.
